The Sugar Bears host the Lady Reddies in a battle for first place in the Gulf South Conference West Division. Both teams came off close wins Monday night, as HSU needed overtime to beat Southern Arkansas 71-66, while UCA edged Arkansas Tech 63-62.

Kentucky State (4-4, 3-2) at Albany State (4-4, 4-1)--Thursday 8 p.m. EST
The Golden Rams play host to the Thorobreds in a key SIAC match-up in Southwest Georgia. Kenutcky State has won three of its last four games, as the Thorobreds downed Fort Valley State on the road 64-58 Tuesday night. On the other hand, the ASU men didn't fare well in their home debut Tuesday, as the Golden Rams lost to defending SIAC tournament champion Lane, who beat Albany State in last year's SIAC tournament final, 74-59.
