Montevallo (5-9, 1-0) at Alabama-Huntsville (L)--(6-6, 1-0)--Monday 5:30 p.m. CST
At first glance, many people will look at the overall records and go, "Huh?" But, in a Gulf South Conference East Division that's down this season (Valdosta State and West Florida, both currently 10-3 overall, and 1-0 in the GSC East as this preview is being written, are the only teams with overall winning records as of Sunday), both the Lady Falcons and Lady Chargers still managed to gain at least a share of first place in the division after winning their respective GSC openers Saturday night. The Montevallo women got by North Alabama on the road 69-65, while Alabama-Huntsville defeated West Alabama 72-62.

#2 Montevallo (13-1, 1-0) at #20 Alabama-Huntsville (12-1, 1-0)--Monday 7:30 p.m. CST
The Chargers host the Falcons in this huge early season GSC East clash. While UAH cruised to an easy 91-67 win over West Alabama Saturday night, Montevallo had to hold on to beat North Alabama on the road, 75-72. Both teams losses so far this season came against unranked squads, as the Falcons lost to Stillman, while the Chargers fell against Harding. It's a shame that one of these teams will be pinned with its second loss of the season when the smoke clears.
