TOP WOMEN'S GAMES:

Armstrong Atlantic State (15-8, 5-4) at USC Aiken (15-7, 5-3)--Saturday 5:30 p.m. EST

It's the Lady Pirates versus the Lady Pacers in a battle of regionally ranked teams in Aiken, S.C. AASU comes into the game ranked fifth in the South Atlantic region, while USCA is eighth. The Lady Pacers remained in first place in the Peach Belt Conference North Division with a 60-44 win over Francis Marion Wednesday, while the Lady Pirates lost at Kennesaw State 76-71.

    Augusta State (11-9, 5-4) at Georgia College & State University (13-6, 4-4)--Saturday 5:30 p.m. EST

    The Lady Jaguars take on the Lady Bobcats in a re-match of last year's South Atlantic regional final. Augusta remained a half game behind current PBC North Division leader USC Aiken with a 60-54 win over USC Upstate Wednesday, while GC&SU fell at North Florida 85-59. This is the only regular season meeting between the two teams.

    The Braves enter this critical Gulf South Conference East Division contest with a #4 national ranking, and a five-game winning streak. The Falcons, on the other hand, must win this game to keep pace with West Georgia and the GSC East's other co-leader, Valdosta State (16-3, 6-1).

    The Lakers travel to Spartanburg, S.C. to face the Spartans in a battle of Peach Belt Conference division leaders. Clayton State took over sole possession of first place in the PBC South thanks to a 82-72 win over Columbus State Wednesday. Meanwhile, USC Upstate, ranked #8 in the nation, saw its eight-game winning streak end with an 83-70 upset loss at Augusta State.
