Columbus State (13-6, 6-2) at Clayton State (14-5, 6-2)--Wednesday 5:30 p.m. EST
First place in the Peach Belt Conference South Division, not to mention the conference as a whole, will be on the line when the Lakers host the Lady Cougars. Clayton State downed USC Aiken 86-76 Monday night despite having the game postponed two nights in a row due to icy weather conditions. Meanwhile, the CSU women lost their second straight game after winning six in a row, as Augusta State stunned the Lady Cougars 62-61 Sunday afternoon. CSU defeated Clayton State 88-73 in Columbus, Ga. Jan. 19.

The Cougars and the Lakers will meet for the second time this season, only this time the game will be played on the Clayton State campus. In the last meeting between the two teams on Jan. 19, the CSU men held on to edge the Lakers 78-76 at the Frank Lumpkin Center. The winner of this game will take over sole possession of first place in the Peach Belt Conference South Division.
