SOUTH REGION:
1. West Georgia--Braves rise to #3 national ranking in NABC Division II Bulletin poll.
2. Florida Gulf Coast--Thursday night win over North Greenville moves #15 Eagles one step closer to first-ever NCAA tourney berth.
3. Lynn--Knights currently share first place in Sunshine State Conference with Eckerd (10-3).
4. Arkansas-Monticello--Thursday night upset loss to Southern Arkansas could put a dent in Boll Weevils postseason hopes.
5. Montevallo--Falcons have won five straight games, but face a big Monday night showdown against Valdosta State.
6. Valdosta State--Blazers have lost three of last four games.
7. Eckerd--Tritons continue to stay in contention for SSC title and NCAA tournament berth.
8. Barry--Buccaneers still have a shot at first-ever NCAA appearance.
9. Harding--Bisons get postseason boost with Thursday night win over Christian Brothers.
10. Benedict--Defending SIAC tournament champs have won seven straight games, including a narrow 60-58 win over Tuskegee.
SOUTH ATLANTIC REGION:
1. Bowie State--Bulldogs are ranked #4 in nation this week.
2. Kennesaw State--Fighting Owls flying high at right time, winners of eight straight games.
3. Virginia Union--Panthers are second CIAA squad to be ranked in national top 10, at #8.
4. USC Upstate--Spartans back on track after slump, having won three games in a row.
5. Winston-Salem State--Rams move up into top five in regional rankings.
6. Columbus State--Loss to Kennesaw State Wednesday puts Cougars on NCAA bubble.
7. Catawba--Indians (9-2) hold slim lead over Lenoir-Rhyne (8-3) in South Atlantic Conference race.
8. North Carolina Central--Eagles still clinging to postseason hopes.
9. Clayton State--Upset loss to North Florida could jeopardize Lakers hopes for postseason play.
10. Johnson C. Smith--Golden Bulls need strong finish, and help, to advance to NCAA tournament.
