The winner of this game will keep at least a share of second place in the Gulf South Conference West Division, as both the Bisons and Statesmen are tied with Christian Brothers and Ouachita Baptist. All four teams trail first place Henderson State (16-5, 7-1) by two games coming into last weekend's action.
